This 13-week anesthesiologist assignment has three openings and requires board certification. Candidates must be proficient in blocks and experienced with general, pediatric, and orthopedic cases. The site uses paper charting with four anesthesia rooms, a 4 : 1 CRNA-to-MD supervision ratio, and no independent MD cases. Shifts are 8 hours with no call, and overtime is optional. A state license is required prior to applying, and privileging typically takes about 60 days but can be expedited if needed.
