Architect scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines.

Integrate applications with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
