Salary : Clinical candidates $30.00 to $35.00 / hr. Non-clinical candidates : $25.00-$30.00 / hr. Current LVN license preferred
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST Weekend and holiday rotation required Must work onsite daily at our Tacoma, WA Office
Previous medical backoffice experience required Previous home health experience strongly preferred Knowledge of HCHB a plus
What You Need to Know
The Territory Patient Admission Coordinator establishes and maintains communication with the clients, family members and referral sources, in a given territory. This role is responsible for partnering with agency staff, referral sources, and sales to achieve optimal patient satisfaction & outcomes. The Territory Patient Admission Coordinator is responsible for the timely acceptance or decline of the referral based off the predetermined criteria set by the Agency and facilitates obtaining all information and documentation necessary to complete a quality referral. This position's assigned territory, may encompass one or more states in AccentCare's operation and may change with the needs of the business.
