Hours : arrive 7 : 30 a.m. - 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Will work 8 hours with minimum 30 minute lunch) There may be workshops or training that will require you to be on-site . 3 days a week on-campus. Wednesday is our core day plus two additional days.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage data to drive business decisions, support customer relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to the organization’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
Manage all accounts receivable activities within assigned portfolio to meet or exceed collection metrics with minimal supervision.
Proactively contact customers via phone and email to investigate overdue payments and secure resolution.
Record all customer interactions and collection efforts in SAP and other approved systems.
Research and reconcile payment discrepancies; identify and log disputed items.
Communicate difficult or complex messages while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Oversee daily order releases and escalate held orders in accordance with credit policies to resolve payment issues.
Analyze customer financial data to assess creditworthiness, default risk, and exposure levels.
Manually submit invoices through customer portals as required.
Ensure adherence to established credit policies, internal controls, and audit standards.
Escalate accounts to credit management or external collection agencies as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Perform additional credit and collection duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics , or related field.
Credit and collections experience required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency with SAP ERP systems preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
