About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing Growth to lead our team in executing robust marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue and enhancing our market presence. This is a crucial leadership position for a B2B marketing professional with a proven ability in executing precise marketing strategies, honing channel performance, and maintaining operational excellence.

Your mission will be to build and scale our marketing engine, developing effective execution strategies across various channels, and working closely with both marketing and sales teams to foster growth and improve return on investment (ROI). Key challenges will include leading the team, crafting the vision for the channel strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery across all campaign activities.

You will also oversee our marketing technology stack, uphold the integrity of our data processes, and design a comprehensive marketing analytics framework to monitor performance and drive continual optimization. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role focused on channel execution, marketing operations, or demand generation.

A deep understanding of modern marketing technology and data-driven marketing strategies is essential, alongside a successful history of leading marketing teams across multiple channels. We are looking for a collaborative leader with outstanding communication skills, a proven ability to build teams effectively, and excellent project management capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
