Mission (Technical Program Manager) is to ensure coordination with implementation services teams including Solution Design, Application experts, Configuration Management, Solution Integration, Engineering and Global Delivery Centers, and work closely with the client.

The Technical Delivery Manager owns the project's Delivery Model and is the Technical Leader on the Project, working with highly skilled teams to manage and execute software development, deployment, configuration and operational testing.

Project Execution control : Building effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity tracking, implementing delivery with Agile methodology, and contributing to Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master or Product Owner roles.

Share responsibility with Project Manager for scope management, risk management and problem management.

Optimizing the deployment process, implementing Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Test automation with DevOps teams.

Contribute to Customer management activities for technical coordination, establishing trust and delivery commitments.

Drive excellence through continuous improvement and change management, implementing software delivery performance measurement indicators such as On Time Delivery, Committed budget, Software Delivery Process Compliance and Customer Satisfaction.

Highly desirable experience with :

• Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Distribution Management Systems (DMS)
• Market Management Systems (MMS)

Base Salary Range : $130,000 - $150,000 per annum

Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
