Job descriptionPartnership with the Burrell College of Academic Medicine Full-time employed position with active clinical practice Protected administration time, aligned with minimum ACGME requirements Competitive salary Welcome bonus and relocation allowance available Paid malpractice insurance including 5 years of tail coverage Comprehensive benefits package including retirement savings options Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, short- and long-term disability, supplemental & dependent Life) and MORE! Board Certification in the relevant specialty by the appropriate certifying board (e.g., ABS, ABEM, ABOG, ABIM). Minimum of three years of documented educational and / or administrative experience in graduate medical education. Demonstrated scholarly activity aligned with the programs mission. Active Florida Medical License Familiarity with GME online and reporting systems including NRMP or SF Match, ERAS, AMA, Freida, GMETrack, ABOS, etc. Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty. Experience in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and faculty development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
