Principal Finance AnalystGPU Strategic Deals

As a key member of our Infrastructure Finance team, the Principal Finance AnalystGPU Strategic Deals will lead financial support for new and highly complex, large-scale GPU transactions. Responsibilities will include pricing support for new SKUs and configurations, in-depth contract negotiation analysis, and end-to-end management of critical clients. This role will partner closely with engineering, sales, procurement, and legal teams to structure optimal agreements (including contracts, LOIs, and related commercial documents) tailored to client requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy from day one, brings strong infrastructure (data center, network) financial acumen, and operates effectively across a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Skills and Requirements - Preferred Skills include :

  • BS / BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
  • 8+ years of finance experience within the tech, cloud, or infrastructure sector
  • Proven competence in complex deal pricing, contract negotiation support, and P&L management
  • Strong understanding of data center and network infrastructure financials
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous, high-stakes deal environments
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.   • Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
