Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology.

The nurse will support 6 labs with pre-op and phase 2 recovery.

On average, 20-30 cases are handled per day.

Common diagnoses include GI bleed, strokes, biopsies, central lines, drains, and vascular issues.

The nurse will work under the direction of a Charge RN who will cover lunches and manage cases from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

A Tech and PCT support staff will be available.

Shifts are scheduled 4 days a week, with hours between 6 : 30 AM and 6 : 00 PM.

Call requirements include 6-8 shifts every 6 weeks.

Response time for call is expected within 30 minutes.

Surgical scrubs will be provided.

Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 : 1 intraprocedural and a maximum of 1 : 4 in phase 2 recovery.
