Front Desk Assistant / Exam Proctor
The Front Desk Assistant / Exam Proctor oversees, coordinates, and participates in the administration of written tests, performance tests, and interviews for the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC) for The Claremont Colleges. This position requires strong customer service skills, basic computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to convey authority in a courteous manner to enforce exam requirements. This is a temporary position anticipated to last approximately 4 weeks. Position works afternoons and evenings 40 hours per week.

Education : A high school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience : Six months of paid experience proctoring examinations. Some experience overseeing others or supporting an office is desirable.

Pay : The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Benefits : Due to the temporary nature of this position it is only eligible for the following benefits : California Sick Leave, workers' compensation, disability, Medicare, and social security, subject to the terms and conditions in the plan documents / policies.
