About The Position

Position Summary :

We are hiring qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for roles within Aurora Public Schools. These positions will support students with speech and language needs in a school setting, working directly with students, parents, and school staff to foster positive communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and provide therapy services to students with speech and language impairments

Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in team meetings and educational planning discussions

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications :

CCC-SLP Certification – required

Colorado State SLP License – must be active prior to start

Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Certification – may start with pending, but must be fully issued before start

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
