Job description

Job Description

We seek a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead and develop multidisciplinary skin & wound care teams in Eugene and Roseburg.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality wound care, including assessments, dressings, and minor procedures
  • Lead care teams, travel for wound rounds and house calls
  • Collaborate with medical leadership virtually, interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
  • Track healing progress and document in EMR
  • Ensure patient-centered care based on clinical guidelines

Requirements :

  • Board certification, valid license, DEA license
  • 1-2 years wound care / surgical experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation, strong communication, dependable, professional attitude
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    • Details :

    Salary : $120K-$160K; Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm; No nights / weekends
