Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time mobile wound care role in Eugene, OR & surrounding areas.

• Deliver personalized wound assessments and treatment plans in patients' homes and clinical settings.
• Conduct virtual visits where allowed, prescribe medications, and document care efficiently.
• Travel locally with mileage reimbursement, with optional rounding in skilled nursing or rehab facilities.
• Enjoy a schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, Monday–Friday day shifts.
