Overview

The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets. After the comprehensive training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department, providing 24 / 7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide via the Helpdesk and ‘Instant Bloomberg’ chat system.

We answer over 12,000 queries daily in more than 15 languages, from educating portfolio managers on risk‑management solutions to helping traders discover new market liquidity sources.

Analytics plays a key role in ensuring clients are educated on new products and enhancements, proactively working closely to upskill them through technology, on‑site training and seminars. We also collaborate with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives, support product roll‑outs and onboard clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Bloomberg’s tools.

As you deepen your knowledge, you will have the opportunity to enter our sales department. In Sales we manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver consultative solutions across our enterprise offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Bloomberg users worldwide, responding to over 12,000 queries daily in 15+ languages.
  • Educate clients on Bloomberg’s risk management solutions, market analytics, and new product enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Advanced Team and Sales to provide on‑site training, seminars, and strategic support.
  • Identify and advocate for client needs, helping them achieve better workflows and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support product roll‑outs and develop new client relationships.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree (or above) or relevant work experience.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and aspiration to work in financial services.
  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
  • Ambition for a client‑facing career focused on relationship management and sales.
  • Interest in innovative technologies and their impact on workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work full‑time in the United States; no visa sponsorship required now or in future.
  • Willingness to travel around the United States for client meetings.
  • Ability to start a full‑time role in 2026.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank / public / federal holidays.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Practical experience with Python or other coding languages.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Excel and / or VBA.
  • Salary & Benefits

    Salary Range : $84,000 - $84,000 USD annually + benefits. Salary is based on company good faith belief at posting time; actual compensation may vary.

    Benefits include merit increases, incentive compensation (exempt roles only), paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, 401(k) + match, life insurance, and wellness programs. Benefits are not provided to contingent workers / contractors and interns.
