Who You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager with a strong consulting background to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and COO on critical strategic initiatives, providing structure, insight, and execution support to drive business growth and operational excellence. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply analytical, and can distill complex ideas into compelling presentations.

Role’s Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic projects from scoping to execution, adapting your role as needed (lead or contributor).
• Partner directly with the CEO and COO to ensure high-quality planning, organization, and execution of strategic priorities.
• Build clear, compelling, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences; ability to leverage AI tools to enhance quality and speed.
• Perform in-depth data analysis in Excel and other tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis or research to inform business strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively in internal and external meetings.
• Work cross-functionally to drive alignment, communication, and accountability across teams.
• Ensure high standards of project management, tracking milestones, deliverables, and impact.
• Bring a relentless work ethic and a mission-oriented, "do-what-it-takes" mindset to everything you do.

Education & Experience

Location & Travel : Hybrid in White Plains, NY (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Incumbent must be able to travel as needed basis.

The base salary range for this role is up to $120,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
