Anesthesiology - Cardiac Physician

Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist Locums Job in Louisville, Kentucky

Dates of Assignment : starting as soon as January 2026 and ongoing through the year Facility Details / Requirements

• Monday to Friday, 8 hour and 10 hour shifts
• MDs supervise CRNAs 1 : 2, occasionally 1 : 3
• Beeper call is available, but not required. Limited cardiac call due to scheduled cases / rare emergency cases
• Case Mix : Primarily heart cases, potential to assist with other pediatric cases as well
• Ages vary from neonates to 21 years old
• Credentialing and working at 3 different pediatric hospitals all nearby
• EMR is EPIC
• Credentialing takes approximately 70 days
• ABA, Pediatric Fellowship in Anesthesia, TEE Certification & Kentucky license required (we can assist with this!)
