• Bonus Program eligibility (paid monthly, based on performance tied to defined metrics), 401k (with generous matching), medical, dental and vision benefit options available. • The pay scale for this position is between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. This annualizes to $56,160 - $62,400 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The specific hourly wage offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, industry knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location and market conditions.
• Pay increases may be awarded in conjunction with strong employee performance documented by the performance review process, role changes or market conditions.

What You Will Bring :

Assistant Store Managers possess the desire and ability to develop into the Store Manager role within 12 to 18 months. They drive self-development through partnership with the Store Manager and District Leader and demonstrate ability to incorporate feedback into performance.
