Manager of Internal Controls

A company is looking for a Manager, Internal Controls & Remediation to lead operational compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage compliance-related projects in Collections and / or Servicing, coordinating cross-functional teams from kickoff to closure

Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate effective meetings to ensure project alignment and progress

Monitor project timelines, maintain documentation, and drive efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of operational compliance experience in Automotive, RV, Marine, or Powersports Lending

Experience in the Financial Tech industry or business

Leadership expertise in Credit & Collections

Start-Up or entrepreneurial background and mentality
