Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes, CA Franchise, a Brown and Buchanan Ventures Company, is a veteran owned and operated Vacation Rental Management company that offers a unique and powerful combination of a locally owned franchise and a national brand.

We are looking to hire a diligent Quality Control / Maintenance Technician .

In this role, you will maintain and repair property systems and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, quality control, equipment installation, responding to repair requests, and collaborating with our vendor maintenance teams. You'll work in various settings, handling tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and plastering requiring moderate technical skills and physical ability.

Job Type : Full-time

Expected hours : 30-40 per week

Schedule : 8-hour shift

Pay : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
