Job descriptionUtilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinate resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. Serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate. Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing. Commitment to the highest standards of nursing practice and ethics. Position Details
- Facility : GSS MN Inter Falls
- Location : 2201 Keenan Dr, International Falls, MN 56649, USA
- Shift : Evening (2 : 15 PM - 10 : 45 PM)
- Schedule : Full-time, with every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Sign-On Bonus : $20,000!
