Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 28 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Job Summary The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring appropriate utilization of resources, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation to support patient outcomes and compliance standards.
