Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in our Brand Management division. The Assistant plays a critical role within the team and requires a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience working directly as an Assistant with senior / executive management, the ability to multi-task, think critically, operate efficiently, in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining and coordinating the Executive's extensive domestic and international business travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, reservations
• Managing calendars and booking and rescheduling multiple meetings, in multiple time zones, and understanding dependencies between meetings
• Proactively ensure tasks are being followed up and executed in a timely manner
• Preparing the Executive's expense report and managing department invoices
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business in multiple markets
• Assisting with research, and compiling information as needed
• Maintaining the company office in Miami and handling minimal duties relating to office management and oversight.

Qualifications :

Location : This role is based out of our Miami, FL office.

Compensation : The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $35.00 - $46.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
