Job descriptionExperience in credit analysis or a related field. Call center experience. Mortgage experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service orientation with a focus on problem resolution. High school diploma or GED is required.

Pay Rate : $20.98 - $21.68 per hour
The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information related to loans. This role involves verifying and updating credit details as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process. Additionally, the Credit Analyst provides operational support to the production team during the credit report supplement process.
Shift Availability :
Must be available to work one of the following shifts :
- 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
- 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM
- 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
- 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
