Salary range : $123,300 - $197,300

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Effectively communicate with agencies and clients
- Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
- Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
- Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e., leads by example)
- Demonstrate successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
- Maintain registration as an engineer in the state of California
