BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine love for connecting with others. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our studio's growthhelping to grow our membership, support clients, and create a welcoming, memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This is a 2035 hour / week position reporting to the Studio Manager. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission , with room for growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Sales & Studio Growth

• Own the sales process : generate leads, make calls, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Have confident, engaging sales conversations both in person and over the phone.
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent the BODYBAR brand at local events and help expand our community presence.
