Key Responsibilities :
Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership and personal training sales goalsRecruit, train, and lead a high-performance team with a strong sales mindsetActively participate in maintaining club cleanliness and presentation standardsOrganize and host member events, challenges, and appreciation activitiesBuild strong community relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schoolsDevelop and execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and outreach strategiesOversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative dutiesUse digital platforms and tech tools for member tracking, reporting, and communicationQualifications :
1+ year of experience in sales, fitness, or team leadership preferredFitness industry experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong fitness, gym, or health-related knowledgeDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsTech-savvy : able to confidently use apps, tablets, web-based tools, and internet platforms, along with basic office equipment (email, phone, printer / scanner)Self-motivated, organized, and energeticWhy Join Us?
