Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Center Design Engineering Manager to oversee and manage design engineering services during the construction phase of our data center projects. This pivotal role ensures the integrity of the design while facilitating effective coordination between design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will lead critical discussions, manage design teams, and maintain comprehensive design documentation to meet project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage design engineering services during the construction phase, focusing on quality and SLA compliance.
• Conduct site visits to verify design compliance and lead technical discussions to resolve design-construction challenges.
• Coordinate and lead site punch walks, ensuring proper documentation and issue resolution.
• Review and validate design changes during construction for compliance with standards, coordinating any modifications needed to maintain design integrity.
• Ensure project closeout documentation is properly archived, and identify and escalate design-related risks proactively.
