💼 About the Role
The Entry-Level Assistant Manager position is the first step in our structured Leadership Development Program. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of event marketing, team operations, and client engagement. As you grow, you’ll take on more leadership responsibilities — including training staff, managing campaigns, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn the ins and outs of live event campaigns and outreach initiatives
Support the coordination and execution of daily operations
Help manage event logistics and team performance
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to new team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners
Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve campaign success
