Responsibilities
Serve as a key thought partner to the President and Board in shaping long‑term business strategy and capital allocationLead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and private equity value creation plansSupport M&A efforts as needed, including deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and post‑close executionFinancial Management & OperationsManage all aspects of the finance function, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and investor reportingBuild a best‑in‑class finance organization, with the right people, systems, and processes to support continued growthImplement scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to drive accountability and transparencyEnsure timely, accurate, and GAAP‑compliant financial reporting, working closely with auditors and third‑party advisorsCross‑Functional Leadership & CollaborationPartner with other functional and business leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimizationSupport go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, contract modeling, and customer profitability analysisLead or support enterprise system implementations and business process automation initiativesPrivate Equity & Board EngagementServe as the primary liaison with the Board on all financial mattersLead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and performance updatesPartner with the PE sponsors on value creation initiatives, KPI tracking, and exit readiness planningRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA or relevant advanced degrees is a plus)Progressive financial leadership experience, with recent CFO or senior finance executive role in a successful growth‑stage, private equity‑backed environmentIndustry experience in the delivery of consulting or technology‑enabled services (with exposure to healthcare clients considered a plus)Demonstrated success leading financial operations through periods of transformation and scaleOperationally oriented with success leading and partnering cross‑functionally to drive operating decisions, pricing, and margin expansion initiativesDeep expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, capital planning, and complianceExperience with exit preparationProven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams and collaborate across executive and investor stakeholdersNice‑to‑Have
