Pay Range : $17.00 / hr to $22.00 / hr depending on experience plus spiffs. Our top performers earn an additional $100-$150 a month in spiffs!
Hours : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
On Call : Rotational on-call of 1 week per month. We provide a flexible schedule on the days you are on call to allow you to go home
early before calls are forwarded off for the day, with no calls handled after 10 pm

Responsibilities :
Answer service phone, take calls to answer customer concerns and questions, evaluate urgency, and schedule accordingly.Assist plumbers in the field with information as needed, such as ordering parts for jobs and technical information.Ensure plumbers turn in all invoices, payments, and other paperwork related to each completed call.Check invoices dailyBatch and post invoices weeklyProcess service work ordersMaintain customer accountsProcess warranty claimsRequired Qualifications :
3+ years of customer service experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentComputer skills, including proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to multi-taskAbility to work well under pressure and handle customers professionallyHighly organized and detail-orientedService Titan experience preferred
