HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to enhance employee experience and support growth through effective HR strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage full-cycle employee lifecycle processes, including recruiting and onboarding Lead initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and company culture Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and compliance for a growing startup environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related roles, ideally within startups or high-growth environments Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law Experience managing or supporting technical and clinical hiring pipelines Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS or people analytics tools
