Graphic Designer

New Realm Brewing Company invites applications for a Graphic Designer. The role reports to the Marketing Director and is based in Atlanta, GA, with opportunities in Virginia Beach, VA, or Charleston, SC.

Position Summary

New Realm is obsessed with quality, creativity, and re‑imagining brewing traditions. We seek a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer to translate our brand story into compelling visuals across packaging, digital media, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Design & Production : conceptualize and design original artwork for beer cans, bottle labels, THC beverages, and secondary packaging; collaborate with brewing and marketing teams; prepare press‑ready files; manage the approval process including legal compliance.
• Motion Graphics & Video : create engaging motion graphics, GIFs, and short‑form video content for digital advertising channels; animate logos and graphic elements.
• Email & Digital Marketing : design and build visually compelling, on‑brand email campaigns and newsletters; create a wide range of digital assets (website banners, social media graphics, digital ads, event promotions); ensure a cohesive visual experience.
• General Graphic Design & Brand Integrity : develop marketing collateral for sales and taproom teams, including sell sheets, posters, menus, table tents, event flyers; design POS materials such as tap handles, coasters, and retail signage; serve as a brand steward, upholding visual identity and consistency; organize and maintain a library of creative assets.
