Position Overview :

FINSYNC is seeking a Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you will create high-impact visual assets across a wide range of formats that shape how our brand connects with business owners nationwide. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Production : Create, manage, and review a wide range of design projects, including digital, web, print, social media, one-pagers, and more. This includes developing product interfaces and brand assets that are visually compelling and on-brand.
• Executive Communication : Develop and deliver polished and effective presentations for executive leadership, effectively communicating design strategy and impact.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with various departments to understand project needs and deliver on business goals.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all design output maintains a consistent brand identity and visual language across all platforms and mediums.
• Performance Tracking : Track and analyze the performance of design assets to inform future creative decisions and demonstrate ROI.
• Trend Awareness : Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
