Partner Program Manager

A company is looking for a Partner Program Manager responsible for managing partner onboarding and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and launch programs, ensuring alignment between internal and external teams

Develop and optimize workflows and operational cadence to enhance partner integration speed and scalability

Monitor partner performance metrics and program KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or ecosystem operations in a SaaS or technology environment

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders

Strong organizational skills focused on process optimization and operational scalability

Experience working with technical teams and understanding of API integrations preferred

Proficiency with project management tools and CRM / PRM platforms is a plus
