Spiceworks Ziff Davis is looking for a strategic Group Product Manager - Websites who can help us grow, retain, and enhance our audience experiences across multiple properties.

As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the user experience and growth of our products ; the Spiceworks Community;

and all of our tools that help IT professionals learn, connect, and grow their businesses. Who You Are :

An experienced Product Manager who has spent your career understanding how to drive user behavior to achieve business outcomes.

You know how to build products and features for websites at scale. You manage multiple projects simultaneously and are adept in finding and executing on features that work together to create cohesive experiences.

You can evaluate competing priorities and use qualitative and quantitative data to determine investments and priorities. Job Responsibilities :

• Understand the industry landscape and needs of IT Pros and use that knowledge to shape the best product experience in the market.
• Lead an AGILE team - collaborate and lead development and software engineering teams to communicate requirements, deliver new features, and remove roadblocks.

This includes running daily ceremonies and writing user stories and requirements.

• Lead a small team of Product Managers
• Achieve ambitious product goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions.
• Turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.
• Use data to drive decision making - collect, measure, and report out the metrics that matter to the business.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience working on B2C websites; preferably with websites monetized through a dvertising.
• Experience and enjoyment of people management - you love to help your team grow in their careers as much as your own.
• Experience using data to make decisions .
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with audiences ranging from development teams to company wide town halls.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple features, products, & launches with proven successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to tie products and features to business outcomes.
• Experience and enjoyment working cross-functionally, especially with sales and marketing and editorial teams to drive major projects, products, and features.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones. Must be a resident in Eastern or Central time zones
• Ability to work remotely and independently
