About the Role :
The Assistant Program Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of health care and social assistance programs within the organization. This position ensures that program objectives align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, fostering continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery. The Assistant Program Director collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resources, manage staff, and oversee program operations to meet community needs effectively. This role also involves data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and enhance program outcomes. Ultimately, the Assistant Program Director contributes to advancing the organization's mission by promoting efficient program management and stakeholder engagement.
