Job descriptionProvide exceptional customer service and assist patients during check-in (lobby, kiosks, tablets) Support patients by answering questions and ensuring a smooth registration experience Cover teammates during breaks to maintain workflow and appointment availability Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient satisfaction and center efficiency Opportunity to train into a Phlebotomist role with hands-on mentorship (6–12 months) High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience (required) Phlebotomy experience preferred, not required Strong client-facing background (Retail, Home Health, Caregiving, etc.) Must be reliable, committed to long-term growth, and eager to learn Bilingual candidates may be required depending on site Must be fluent in English (written & spoken) Reliable transportation required
Job Description
Pride Health is seeking candidates for an Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Greeter role in Tampa, FL (33607).
This is a contract position with a high possibility of converting to full-time .
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 1st shift
- Rotational Saturdays
- 40 hours / week
Pay Rate
$17.75 / hr (based on experience, expertise, and education)
