About The Position
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Conduct therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, coordination, strength, and cognitive function.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and adaptive strategies.
Document treatment sessions, patient progress, and any changes in condition.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean therapy environment.
Collaborate with the OT and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Associate degree or accredited OTA program completion.
Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
Experience in [hospital, outpatient, SNF, or home health] preferred.
