Salary : $144,000.00 - $198,000.00

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring specific project and program objectives are defined and necessary preliminary activities are completed.
• Ensuring all projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements.
• Documenting all phases of project, program and / or process development.
• Managing departmental budgets and spending requirements.
• Assigning work to subordinate staff and providing for professional development.
• Spearheading research and development of new technologies.
• Overseeing the development, support, maintenance and implementation of all projects handled by the BU / technology group.
• Identifying functional linkages across the organization and developing appropriate processes and roadmaps.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
