Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Therapist located in Saddle Brook, NJ. The Primary Therapist will oversee treatment planning, offer individual and group counseling, and help build out programming. Daily responsibilities include addressing chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through all stages of recovery and treatment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and implementing Treatment Plans tailored to patient needs
• Experience in Social Work and supporting individuals facing Chemical Dependency issues
• Knowledge of Case Management and expertise in Dual Diagnosis treatment approaches
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure or certification relevant to the role is required
• Experience working in addiction recovery or mental health settings is a plus
