Production Lead – Drive Excellence in Logistics Operations
1st shift 8am -5pm M-F and / or 12noon -8pm
Take charge of production operations that keep supply chains running smoothly. As a Production Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for managing workflow, coaching team members, and ensuring top-tier performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
- Supervise and support warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inbound / outbound shipments
- Resolve discrepancies in production or inventory records through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and KPIs
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, ISO standards, and company policies
- Use SAP and other systems to track workflow, inventory, and reporting metrics
- Recommend process improvements and participate in cost-saving initiatives
