Base pay range

Primary Responsibilities :

• Make collection calls to resolve outstanding balances while preserving strong customer relationships.
• Process online order releases efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile accounts accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date portfolio records.
• Investigate and resolve deductions, providing findings and recommendations to management.
• Review credit limits and make informed recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Balance risk management with delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales objectives.
