Responsibilities of the Payroll Associate

  • Running two weekly payrolls for 4000 employees for 8 business units
  • Handling payroll tax filings, wage filings and verifying timesheets
  • Creating exports for the payroll coordinator
  • Periodic tax reconciliations

    • Qualifications of the Payroll Associate

  • Relevant Payroll experience, specifically with Taxes & Wages
  • UKG / ContinueLink system experience
  • Flexible with various tasks outside of payroll
