Job description

A company is looking for an Account Strategist to help scale its Growth Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main daily contact for client counterparts, managing communications and relationships

Collaborate with editors to define content strategies that align with business outcomes and analyze performance

Coordinate with in-house specialists to ensure timely delivery of projects and remove potential blockers

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in account strategy, account management, program management, or customer success

Proven track record of results in account performance metrics

Experience in content agencies or content-focused SaaS companies is preferred

Experience with AI and automation tools in a professional setting

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
