St. Luke's Children's is dedicated to caring for children of all ages, in an environment designed just for them. What You Can Expect :
As part of the Children's Ambulatory Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager will :
Provide direct leadership and supervision for the Treasure Valley General Pediatrics Clinics clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) supporting 7 pediatric clinics.
Coordinate and oversee nursing services across all seven General Pediatrics Clinics to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to implement best practices, support system initiatives, and drive clinical excellence.
Offer clinical expertise and guidance in program development, staff education, and process improvement.
Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training for clinical staff; support performance evaluations and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.
Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC).
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures to support consistency and safety.
Collaborate on strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient flow, and across across all General Pediatrics Clinics.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Day Hours.
