We are working with a global private markets manager who are hiring a Product Development Specialist in Boston as part of their expansion plans. You will manage the launch of innovative alternative investment solutions for a range of investors.

Responsibilities

• You will work on developing new investment products across private markets. Contribute to research from the point of conception and then have hands-on involvement across the fund launch lifecycle.
• Exposure to both illiquid and semi-liquid fund structures.
• Gather input from cross-functional teams to inform decisions around product structuring and operating models.
• Reviewing legal, marketing and product documentation from a commercial perspective.
• Share insights that influence the firm's product launch pipeline.
• Support with strategic product-related analyses and transforming into digestible intelligence for efficient decision-making.
