Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on-site

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against project schedules

Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues promptly

Collaborate with project managers and other trade leads for seamless integration

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for electrical work

Oversee material procurement and inventory for electrical systems

Drive quality assurance and troubleshoot system performance

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in civil construction

Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Excellent leadership and communication skills

OSHA safety certification preferred

Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
