• Support installation of improvements and new automation equipment.
• Develop, verify, and validate engineering solutions for automated control systems.
• Evaluate and define processes failures, complete root cause analysis, and facilitate corrective actions for advanced automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC / HMI hardware and software : SLC, PLC, ContolLogix, PanelView; Robots; Motion Controls; Pad, Screen, Offset, and InkJet Printers; Ultrasonic Welders; Vision Systems; Leak Testers; Labelers; Capping Equipment; reamers & other finishing equipment; etc.
• Participate in new product development projects to verify new products will perform within manufacturing processes.
• Develop and modify procedures and training guidelines for automation processes.
