This position reports to the Operations Manager for training both On-The-Job and Classroom to learn the skills required to advance toward a Lineworker position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Assist in the construction of new overhead and underground services and service upgrades
• Assist linemen in restoring overhead and underground outages.
• Assist linemen in solving power quality issues.
• Assist linemen in maintaining existing overhead and underground line.
• Responsible for following all cooperative safety policies and procedures :
• Performing tasks in a safe and responsible manner
• Exhibit good work habits positive attitude and willingness to learn
