- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Provide support such as typing, filing, copying, and data entry.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support staff with various projects and tasks.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years front office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
